I'm Paul Sugimura, a Toronto realtor with Elite Capital Realty. I've been in real estate for more than eight years, helping clients buy, sell, and invest across Toronto and the GTA.

For me, this business has always been about giving people clear advice and helping them make the right decision for their situation. Sometimes that means telling a buyer when I think a property is worth pursuing. Other times, it means telling them when I think they should walk away. My job is to look out for my clients, negotiate in their best interest, and make sure they understand what they're getting into before they make a major decision.

A lot of my business today comes from repeat clients and referrals, which is something I take a lot of pride in. I want people to feel like they have someone they can call not just during a transaction, but years later when they need advice again.

Before real estate, I spent eight years working in finance. That experience taught me how to look closely at numbers, understand risk, and stay level headed when there's a lot of money on the line. Those skills have carried directly into real estate and still play a big role in how I price properties, evaluate opportunities, and negotiate for my clients.

Ultimately, I enjoy helping people navigate real estate with a little more clarity and a lot less pressure.
